The 21st Century Policy Institute is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2022.

The mission of the 21st Century Policy Institute is to sustain a dialogue around the critical importance of America’s economic and military strength — and the implications they have on our posture here at home and abroad.

In order to fulfill our nation’s longstanding leadership role in the world, we must unabashedly pursue American interests and reestablish America’s purpose and national identity, which will benefit our citizens and the world.

John Rader

John Rader is a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution and a Senior Counselor at Palantir Technologies. He previously held various roles in the White House, including on the National Security Council and as advisor to Jared Kushner. Rader contributed to domestic and international policies, the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement, and the Middle East peace plan, including normalization talks with Israel and several countries. Before this, he advised on U.S. foreign policy in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and worked in Bill Haslam's administration in Tennessee.

The 21st Century Policy Institute works to foster thoughtful discussions with leading policy experts and preeminent thought leaders. The Institute hosts two annual events. The first is the Cherry Blossom Policy Summit, which includes a series of panel discussions focused on topics such as the Economy, National Security, Technology & China, and other issues facing our nation. The second is the Trilateral Business Dialogue, which aims to foster in-depth discussion on topics of mutual interest between executives from the United States, Japan, and South Korea.
